Non-returnable Items

Due to Australian health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings
  • Piercing jewellery

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Change of mind return policy

If you decide to return your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date you receive the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, without any signs of usage or wear. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item return policy

Please ensure that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make things right. To help us with the evaluation, kindly provide us with photo(s) of the faulty, damaged or incorrect item you received.

Exchanges

The fastest and most practical way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your new choice of item. 

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at contact@rubysambition.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your package.

Items must be requested for return before sending.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. Afterwards, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If your refund has been approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, if you have purchased the item using a gift card, then the refund will be issued on the same gift card. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven't received the refund after more than 15 business days since the approval of your return, please do contact us at contact@rubysambition.com.au.

Please note that if you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. This is because the shipment has already taken place. If you are eligible for a refund, it will not include the original shipping costs that you may have paid.
