Order processing
Your order will be shipped within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, from our location in Sydney, NSW. If there are any unexpected circumstances that will cause a significant delay in processing your order, we will promptly notify you.
Delivery
Australia
Spend over AU$39.00 and receive free standard delivery and over AU$100.00 for free express delivery via Australia Post. Flat rate is AU$7.95 for standard post or AU$14.00 for express post on all other orders.
Estimated delivery time
Standard: 3-7 business days
Express: 1-3 business days
New Zealand
Customers in New Zealand can enjoy free standard delivery on orders over NZ$90.00. Orders under NZ$90.00 have a standard post flat rate of NZ$15.00. Delivery via Australia Post is estimated to take 5-9 business days.
Rest of the world
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over AU$150 in your local currency. For orders under AU$150, a flat rate of AU$22.00 will apply.
Delivery times to the rest of the world may vary. Please allow 5-20 business days for international packages. Unforeseen circumstances such as local shipment and customs delays may affect transit time.
We regret that we are unable to ship to certain international locations due to circumstances beyond our control. Please check the country dropdown menu at checkout for a list of available delivery locations.
Custom taxes & duties
Packages delivered to international destinations may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. Ruby's Ambition is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. Please contact your local custom office for more information.
Order tracking
All orders within Australia are delivered through Australia Post. You can track your order via our shipping confirmation emails or Australia Post tracking app or website.
We use Australia Post International Standard to deliver international orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing tracking details. Please note that your parcel may require a signature upon delivery, and it will be received by the Local Post in your country.
Additional information
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address for your order. Ruby’s Ambition is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping details or failure to receive customs clearance due to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to Ruby's Ambition due to being undeliverable (Return To Sender), we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the postage fee paid, once the parcel arrives at our address.
Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances outside of our control that may cause delays in your delivery such as postal and delivery service delays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment may also be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We regret to inform you that we cannot ensure delivery within specific timeframes. Therefore, we highly recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid any disappointment.
